Return Process

  Initiate an RMA

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and the specific part number of the memory module.

  Technical Troubleshooting

  Our technicians will review your request and may provide compatibility guidance to ensure the issue cannot be resolved through BIOS updates or reseating the modules.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, place the components in an anti-static bag and use a padded envelope or box to prevent physical damage during transit, which is not covered under warranty.

• 4.
  Processing and Testing

  Upon receipt, our team will test the hardware and process your full refund or ship a tested replacement within 2-3 business days.
